Safespace Meditation

Picture a safe space. It can be an outdoors area. Perhaps a green meadow with a stream running through it, and a large boulder, where you can sit, if you like. Or maybe a grove of pine trees with soft rich earth underneath. It can be whatever you like. There is also a building there, perhaps a library or museum. The design of the building may be however you like.

This is your safe space, and it may be as elaborate, or as simple, as you want it to be. It is an imaginary sacred space, just for you. No one, except you, may go there, unless by your invitation. There is a transparent protective shield over your safespace. The protective shield allows you to send psychic energy out, should you choose to do so, but it blocks all incoming psychic energy, especially if it is negative energy, unless you permit it.

Now picture your safe space. Imagine that you are visiting it. Visualize it vividly. This visualization of your safespace, with you in it is a type of meditation. You may leave your safespace whenever you like, knowing that it is still there for you to come back to, when you choose.

Each time you practice this safespace meditation the experience will become more vivid. And even if initially you have difficulty visualizing clearly, as you practice you will improve. (It is enough, at first, to just imagine what it would be like if you were visualizing clearly.)
